This might be a great phone, except for that little WinME logo in the corner. That means “not designed with touch in mind”. HTC has just grafted on touch screens for parts of WinME. And could you post a picture of this 20-key keyboard. I’m not sure how useful a completely custom alpha-numeric keyboard really would be.
